Correctly setting cleats in cycling shoes is a matter of safety, you could get injured if pedaling with incorrect settings, imagine if your left setting differs from the right one, what would be the impact on your body? With the high number of rotations your joints, bones, ligaments can suffer from repeated movement impacted by incorrect alignment of the cleats. In this video, I will show you how to use the pedal cleat tool to perfectly set cycling shoes cleats.
